Shumont Mountain Village is being developed and built by Olde Hertiage Builders. We are a team of dedicated building professionals that believes in leading though excellence, community service, hard work, and technology. We strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and to provide a successful environment for our clients and work force.

Everything we do is done with “green” in mind. We integrate the latest environmentally friendly building practices and materials, and we are always excited to build homes for people who share our passion for conservancy and energy frugality.
